Cora and I have been focused on preparations for our Holiday light display so, sadly our attention to our Female Led Relationship and the consequences from it, have been neglected. Not that we both don't need to address each other's needs that are related to it. Let me just say that I have been sitting way too comfortably for quite some time.
Yesterday Cora and I took care of some items that are related to our marriage last January. I won't go into the details of what we were doing to protect the identity of the woman with whom we took care of our business. At first we furnished some documents and information and the woman entered things into her computer. Soon she had some documents to sign and as things started to wind down the conversation turned a bit more casual.
I can't remember the specific details but I believe the conversation had drifted toward discussing our recent marriage. I remember mentioning how happy I am with my wife and 'disciplinarian'. Yes, I sometimes enjoy throwing our little 'hints' of our relationship. Some say I'll probably get into trouble over it.
However, this time, Cora took things to the next level. She whipped out one of our 'Notice of Discipline' forms and gave it to the woman. This surprised me as Cora hasn't even filled out one of these forms for quite some time and I was surprised she even still carried them in her purse.
The look on the woman's face was one of astonishment and curiosity. Naturally the ensuing conversation included describing our FLR in a bit more detail including the advantages of resolving differences, arguments and my inappropriate behavior, quickly and efficiently. I could tell she was intrigued. Very intrigued. She even kept the Notice of Discipline form!
I offered to send her the Microsoft Word version of our form (as I have done for so many of you) but suggested that she e-Mail me as I didn't think it appropriate to ask for her e-Mail address or to send it to her place of business. So far I haven't heard back from her but then its been less than a day.
But we did have some fun with it and I think both Cora and I came to the realization that we may need to renew things in our FLR world.
I know that I am in 'need' and I also have observed Cora getting easily frustrated.
I am guessing a bit of a 'maintenance spanking would do both of us a lot of good.
And leave us both feeling much better.
From the Top Shelf - The Baker's Dozen, Part 2 - Last week we started the story of a young writer who is invited by her local baker to a spanking party. Read it here to refresh your memory. Now we resume...
